Congratulations on making the best choice for your home. To ensure a clear and satisfying partnership, we have established the following Terms and Conditions. By hiring our services, you agree to the conditions described below.
1. Services Offered
1.1. Family Cleaning provides residential cleaning services according to the specifications contracted by the client.
1.2. Additional or specific services not included in the contracted package must be requested in advance and may incur additional charges.
1.3. Our services are customized to meet each client’s needs but do not include tasks such as moving heavy furniture, repair or maintenance services, or cleaning
hazardous outdoor areas.
1.4. Family Cleaning removes trash bags and places them in outdoor bins but is not responsible for transporting them long distances (e.g., to distant collection points).
Additionally, trash must be properly separated into organic and recyclable materials before our team arrives. The company does not compress cardboard boxes;
boxes must be broken down and ready for disposal.
1.5. The price of the first cleaning will be agreed upon in advance based on information provided by the client. However, this price is subject to change after the initial
assessment of the home’s actual condition, should extra work hours or more products than anticipated be required. Any price adjustments will be communicated to the
client before service execution.
1.6. To ensure effective cleaning, the home must be properly organized before our team arrives. This includes removing personal items and misplaced objects, such
as toys, clothes, or anything that could hinder the cleaning process. If the home is not properly organized, the team may organize it, which will incur additional
charges.
1.7. Family Cleaning will provide all necessary equipment and cleaning products. We only ask that the client provide trash bags and paper towels. If the client prefers
the use of their own cleaning products and equipment, this must be communicated in advance.
2. Scheduling and Cancellation
2.1. Service cancellations or scheduling changes must be made at least 72 hours in advance.
2.2. Cancellations or rescheduling must be notified at least 72 hours in advance to avoid additional charges.
2.3. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee based on the scheduled service price.
2.4. For cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice, the full service fee will be charged.
3. Payment
3.1. Payment must be made at the time of service completion or as agreed in the contract.
3.2. We accept credit/debit card payments.
3.3. Late invoices are subject to a 5% monthly late fee.
4. Property Access
4.1. The client must ensure access to the property at the scheduled time for the service.
4.2. If access is not possible, the visit will be considered canceled without prior notice, and the full service fee will be charged.
4.3. Pets must be kept in safe areas to avoid incidents during cleaning.
5. Quality Guarantee
5.1. If the client is not satisfied with the service, they must inform the company within 24 hours after completion so we can correct any issues at no additional cost.
5.2. We are not responsible for damages caused by natural wear and tear of furniture, surfaces, or objects during cleaning.
5.3. Family Cleaning carries insurance for damages caused during service execution. In the event of accidents or material damages, the company will assess and take the necessary steps for repair or compensation as needed.
6. Products and Equipment
6.1. Family Cleaning uses its own high-quality and environmentally safe products and equipment.
6.2. If the client prefers specific products, they must provide them and inform us of their use prior to the service.
6.3. We are not responsible for unsatisfactory results arising from the use of products provided by the client.
7. Limitations of Liability
7.1. Family Cleaning is not responsible for valuables left in unprotected areas. We recommend storing such items before service.
7.2. Accidental damages caused by our staff will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and the company will cover repairs or replacements upon verification of responsibility.
8. Confidentiality
8.1. Family Cleaning is committed to protecting client privacy and will not share personal or professional information with third parties without authorization.
9. Service Termination
9.1. The client may cancel recurring service contracts with a 15-day notice.
9.2. Family Cleaning reserves the right to terminate services in cases of:
• Repeated late payments.
• Safety violations or disrespect towards our staff.
• Or breach of the terms.
10. General Provisions
10.1. These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically. Clients will be informed of any changes in advance.
10.2. In case of questions or disputes, please contact us directly for an amicable resolution.
Statement of Agreement
Family Cleaning reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time, including price adjustments. Any updates will take effect immediately once made available to clients, either through our website or direct communication.
